hey what’s up guys welcome to christ glorified fitness i’m christina your christian fitness trainer and today i got my girl michelle here and she’s going to be sharing with you guys a little bit about nutrition take it over michelle all right hi guys i hope you’re all doing well today um i had done a share of this for a challenge christina had done so she asked me to do another one so here i am i really just pray that this would touch you bless you you would learn something new so basically she asked me to talk about nutrition which for me that anybody who does not know me i’ve had some health issues and as i was crying out praying to god he really continually showed me the power of nutrition and continually brought me back to the scriptures of his healing foods which i’m going to take you back to genesis and i’m just going to read the scripture to you there’s tons of scripture that reef they tell you how to eat they tell you about god’s nutrition but this one is just a it’s a basic one that everybody can grasp so in genesis uh 129 i’m gonna i’m gonna read it to you it said and god said see i have given you every herb that yields seed which is on the face of all the earth and every tree whose fruit yields yields seed to you it shall be for food also to every beast of the earth to every bird of the air and to everything that creeps on the earth in which there is life i have given every green herb for food and it was so so here in the beginning when god created us because we know we’re god’s creation he created our food we’re a living being he created all the animals and he also gave us the food that is to nourish our bodies and so to me what stuck out is everything that creeps on the earth in which there is life and we’re a living being which means we need living food that’s really what it comes down to um we read a bible hopefully all of us do and the scriptures say that the word is living and powerful and sharper than any two-edged sword so i know and i have experienced that this bible comes alive it applies to me every day and i can read these scriptures every day because it’s living we also serve a living god if we didn’t serve a living god why are we serving jesus he’s alive he rose from the grave he’s living so to me that word living really touched me because if we are a living being we need our spiritual food from a living god and if the natural proceeds the spiritual we also need living food to nourish our bodies and from the beginning of time god has already created the food that will heal our bodies to nourish our bodies and in the scheme of things you know the world man-made food the chemicals in our food we eat so much dead food and then we expect to be nourished and to be healed so when i had changed my diet to adding a lot more living foods green juices which are full of enzymes into my diet i really saw drastic changes so i really believe in the power of the food god created and for me that is eating a lot of fruits and vegetables and for some people that is just adding in a lot of green juice to your diet to get the enzymes that your body needs so for those of you who don’t know what enzymes are it’s quite literally the building block of your body everything in your body every cell of your body requires enzymes and without enzymes we actually wouldn’t be able to function because they help break down our food they really do much more than that so how the living food works is you’re getting the enzymes from the vegetables from the fruit from the green juice the green juice is really a way to break down and separate the fiber from all the vitamins the minerals and the enzymes so i would encourage you guys to if you don’t already to try to add in as much fruits and vegetables as you can add in a green juice to your salad or your eggs for breakfast or wherever you can get in the vegetables i would just recommend trying it seeing how you feel we know guys that we’re in a war right now you know coven 19 is everywhere there’s health everywhere there’s sickness everywhere and we’re in a battle and the battle that we that we have we have our bodies as our weapon it’s our strongest weapon that we have if you’re going to go into battle with your gun you know you’re going to clean your gun before you go i don’t know any officer anybody who’s going to go shooting and they do not check their gun they clean their gun to make sure that when you’re gonna go pull the trigger it actually works because if you don’t keep your gun clean it’s not gonna work so to me my body is a weapon it’s a weapon to fight against disease to fight against these illnesses that come to us and so you know the scriptures tell us that our body is not our own it’s the temple of the holy spirit who is in you whom you have from god and we’re to honor our bodies with our soul and our spirit and to stay healthy so it is almost a responsibility not to try to be lawful but to try to take care of our temple and to keep it healthy so we have energy we have endurance to stand our post whatever that post is that god has called you to do you know whether that’s just raising your kids or if you’re preaching god’s word or if you’re a fitness instructor like christina if we don’t have our health we we can’t do any of those posts so to stay healthy um it’s really important guys and it helps you just live a happier life so i would encourage you guys to just challenge yourself to take the sugar out take some of these acidic foods out of your diet maybe it’s just one thing at a time and try to replace it just little by little with some of these foods that god created for us to eat he created our bodies guys he is the most this body that we have is the most miraculous engine or machine that we have nothing can mimic what god created so you know if we have a car we’re not going to go put in the wrong oil we’re not going to put the wrong gas in we’re not going to pump it full of sugar and candy and then expect it to start running it’s going to have problems it’s not going to work because a car was designed to have a specific way that it’s going to operate and our bodies are designed exactly the same if not better so god has created us he’s created the food for us the herbs the green food to nourish us and that’s what our bodies are meant to operate on so i would just encourage you guys to try that and i really hope this is a blessing and maybe it touched somebody but god is amazing he’s created our bodies he’s created our food and just tried to incorporate some of that food into your diet guys and
